TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING PROCESS
Bookings may be made via:
• website contact form,
• email,
• discovery call.
Clients are required to specify their needs, the type of service requested, and their availability. A booking will be considered confirmed only upon written confirmation from the stylist and receipt of the down payment (deposit) from the client.
PAYMENT, DOWN PAYMENT (DEPOSIT) AND BALANCE
Once the service, date, and time have been agreed with Luna, the appointment will be confirmed only upon receipt of the down payment (deposit). The down payment is non-refundable and corresponds to 50% of the total booking amount.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. If an appointment is booked within the 48-hour window, full payment is required at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable.
Services will be provided only after full payment has been received. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the appointment will be cancelled, and the down payment (deposit) will be retained and cannot be reused.
Payment must be made using the methods communicated at the time of booking. Any additional costs (e.g. travel expenses or extra services) will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND REFUND POLICY
Luna understands that plans may change. Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time, or failure to attend, will result in the forfeiture of the amount paid. Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times free of charge. Any further rescheduling will require a new down payment (deposit). As the services are personalised, no refunds will be issued once the consultation has commenced. In the case of service packages, any unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
STYLIST CANCELLATION
In the rare event that Luna needs to cancel your appointment, you will be entitled to either a full refund or the option to reschedule the session with a 10% discount.
LATE ARRIVALS
All services must be completed within the scheduled time slot allocated. If you arrive late to your appointment, the session will proceed only for the remaining time. Punctuality is kindly requested in order to avoid inconvenience and to make the most of your session.
In the rare event that the stylist is delayed due to travel issues or unforeseen circumstances, the full duration of the appointment will always be delivered at no additional cost.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid exclusively for the services specified at the time of purchase. They must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed by contacting Luna directly to arrange an appointment.
DISCOUNTS / REFERRAL SCHEME
As a thank you for recommending Luna and supporting her business, she is happy to offer you a 10% discount to use on your next booking. The client you refer will pay full price for their booking.

IN-PERSON VS ONLINE SERVICES
IN-PERSON services
Mandatory for Colour Analysis and Body Shape & Style Personality Analysis, and strongly recommended for Wardrobe Edit services.
When services are carried out at the client’s location, the client must ensure a suitable environment, including natural lighting, and safe conditions.
When services take place at the stylist's location, the stylist will ensure an equally suitable and professional environment.
ONLINE services
Certain services may be delivered remotely, depending on their nature.
The quality of the session may be affected by lighting conditions, camera quality, and image resolution.
MATERIALS PROVIDED
Any reports, colour palettes, documents, photographs, or other materials provided are intended for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share such materials without prior written consent.
PHOTOS AND SOCIAL MEDIA
With the client’s explicit consent, images or testimonials may be used for promotional purposes to showcase styling results on the stylist’s social media channels. The client’s privacy is always respected, and nothing will be published without prior approval. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request via email.
RETAILER RELATIONSHIPS
Luna is an independent stylist and does not receive commissions from retailers unless otherwise stated. Recommendations are made solely based on the client’s preferences, needs, and budget.
Luna is not responsible for:
• store policies,
• product availability or quality,
• refunds or exchanges.
All purchases are made directly between the client and the retailer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Luna shall not be held responsible for:
• purchasing decisions made independently by the client,
• outcomes that do not meet the client’s personal expectations,
• technical issues experienced by the client during online sessions.
The consultancy services do not replace medical, psychological, or diagnostic treatments.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Proceeding with a booking constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
